Managing your reports
Click My posts in the navigation bar to see everything you've reported, with a count of how many are Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
Report statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted, awaiting moderator review — not yet visible to anyone else |
| Approved | Live on the public board |
| Rejected | Not approved, with an optional note from the moderator explaining why |
Editing a report
Click Edit on any of your reports to change its details — title, description, category, photo, location, date, or contact preference.
Editing always sends the report back to Pending for another review, regardless of its current status:
- Editing a Pending report just updates it — it stays in the queue.
- Editing an Approved report pulls it off the public board until it's re-reviewed. This prevents someone from quietly swapping in different content after approval.
- Editing a Rejected report is how you resubmit it — fix whatever the moderator flagged and it goes back into the review queue. Their note stays visible to you as a reminder of what to address.
If a report is removed entirely
In rare cases (spam, abuse, or similar), a moderator can permanently remove a report rather than just rejecting it. Unlike a normal rejection, this can't be edited or resubmitted, and the report disappears from your dashboard entirely. If this happens and you believe it was a mistake, contact a moderator or admin directly.
